I’m Sugiarti Rosbak — most people just call me Ati.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in human development: from senior HR roles in multinational corporations, into independent consulting, and eventually founding OTP (Omah Tumbuh Potensi) — a consulting and training organization serving everyone from small business owners to large corporations.
